Zenith App Labs Ltd is a software development studio and does not provide regulated financial, investment, or tax advice. The Zenith Wealth Planner and associated tools are designed for informational and educational purposes only.

1. Data Controller

The data controller responsible for your personal information is Zenith App Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17113239). Our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Zenith App Labs Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZC137350.

2. Collected Personal Data

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and manage our services:

• Identity & Contact Data: For "Pro" and "Enterprise" users, we collect your name and email address to manage your subscription and account access.
• Billing Data: For paid subscriptions, our payment partner (Lemon Squeezy) acts as the Merchant of Record and collects payment details. Zenith App Labs Ltd does not store or have access to your full credit card or bank account information.
• Technical Data & Cookies: We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to monitor site health and user trends on our marketing site (www). We also utilise Netlify Analytics to monitor application health; this is a cookieless, server-side technology that evaluates access logs and does not track individual user behaviour. Our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, uses strictly necessary cookies to process your checkout and manage your 7-day trial access. Finally, we use a strictly necessary local cookie (zenith_active_sub) to authenticate and route active subscribers to the correct application environment. No financial data is ever stored on our own servers.

3. Stateless Calculation Logic (Zero-Retention Policy)

While our calculation engine (Netlify Functions) requires your financial inputs to generate results, we have engineered this process to be entirely stateless. We do not store, track, or save any financial figures you enter into the planner. Once the calculation for your session is complete, all associated data is automatically wiped from our server's temporary memory.

4. International Data Transfers

Our calculation infrastructure is located in the United States (US-East-2). We ensure your data is protected according to UK GDPR standards through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and by ensuring our service providers comply with the UK-US Data Bridge framework. This processing is strictly limited to the duration of your calculation request.

5. Third-Party Processors

We use the following specialised third-party services to operate the "Pro" model:

• Hosting: Netlify / AWS (US-based calculation logic).
• Payments: Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record and payment processing).

These providers are independent data controllers. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details on their data handling.

6. Your Rights
