2.1 Personal License: Upon purchase of Zenith PRO, you are granted a non-exclusive license for individual personal use only. This tool is intended to assist you in your own personal wealth planning journey.
2.2 Commercial Restriction: Use of this Service by professional financial advisers, tax consultants, or accountants to provide services, reports, or plans for third-party clients is strictly prohibited. Professional users found to be using a personal Pro license for commercial purposes will have their accounts terminated without refund.

Where termination occurs under this section and the account holder has not previously been warned of a breach, a pro-rata refund for any unexpired portion of the current billing period will be issued. Where a prior warning has been given, termination may be without refund, as described in Section 2.2.
To provide high-fidelity modelling, this application utilises secure server-side functions for complex calculations. By using the tool, you acknowledge that your inputs are transmitted to secure data centres located in the United States (hosted via Netlify/AWS). This transmission is for calculation purposes only. Zenith App Labs Ltd does not store, log, or persist your financial data on any server; all calculation data is processed in volatile memory (RAM) and purged immediately after the results are returned to your browser.
4.1 7-Day Free Trial: New users are entitled to a 7-day free trial. If the subscription is not cancelled within this period, it will automatically convert to a paid Zenith PRO subscription at the rate disclosed at signup.
4.2 Refunds and Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during your initial 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period which commences on the day you register for the trial. If you cancel after the free trial expires but before the 14-day statutory period ends, you will receive a proportionate refund reflecting the days you had paid access to the service. After this 14-day period has elapsed, all subscription charges are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel after this 14-day window, your access to Zenith PRO will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle, and no pro-rata refunds will be provided.
